James Street Cakes is a permitted home bakery in Bellingham, WA. We only use organic ingredients, unenriched flour, and plant based natural food coloring and decorations. Cakes are available in traditional, gluten free, vegan, and vegan gluten free dietary preferences.
I have always baked sweet treats but my sister’s wedding was the official kickoff. A family effort created three hand painted cakes plus a cutting cake. All four were vanilla cake with raspberry filling and lemon curd. Delicious!
